Jackie Dalton is an Assistant Vice President in the Supervision and Regulation Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. She is responsible for overseeing the compliance risk teams. Ms. Dalton joined the Federal Reserve Bank as an examiner in 2012. In addition to her supervision responsibilities,
she held leadership roles on Employee Engagement and Strategic Talent Management projects. In 2014, Jackie moved to the Internal Audit department where she spent two years as audit manager before returning to the SCS Administration as a banking supervisor in January 2017. She was appointed to her current role in October 2017. Ms. Dalton served as the secretary of the Bank’s External Engagement Committee from 2014–2017 and is a 2016 graduate of the Bank’s Strategic Leadership Experience (SLE) program.
Prior to joining the Fed, Ms. Dalton spent the bulk of her career at Key Bank where she started as a teller in 1989. She quickly advanced through management positions of increasing responsibility and was named Senior Vice President in 1999, playing a significant role in leading business strategies in the Idaho, Utah, and Cleveland districts. She also served in a national role as co-leader of Key's service
quality initiative, focusing on the delivery of outstanding internal and external customer service.
Ms. Dalton earned a BBA in finance from Cleveland State University, and a MBA with a concentration in accounting from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. She was licensed as a Certified Financial Planner in 2008 and currently holds Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor credentials. Ms. Dalton’s community involvement includes serving as interim Chair of the advisory board for the Minority Organ Tissue Transplant Education Program (MOTTEP) of Cleveland, as well as guest instructor for financial literacy curriculum at Tri-C’s eastern campus.
