Erica Merritt has more than 15 years of experience in organizational and leadership development. Her background in diversity management enables her to approach client work with an inclusion mind-set. Organizational clients, coaching clients and training participants find her knowledgeable and
insightful. Her unique understanding of individual transformation, team dynamics, organizational systems and knack for asking the “right” questions make Erica a valued partner in her client’s growth and success. She has worked with organizations and individuals in the corporate, nonprofit, governmental and academic space. Her clients include many of Northeast Ohio’s most respected agencies and institutions. Erica has held leadership roles in Cleveland Metropolitan School District, Case Western Reserve University and The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio. Erica holds a Bachelor of the Arts Degree in Public Relations from Ursuline College and a Master of the Arts Degree in Psychology with a certification in Diversity Management (NTL) from Cleveland State University.
